Essentials of Healthy Living^SM (EHL) is the answer. This new approach helps you map out your own individualized healthy lifestyle plan, using step-by-step knowledge and developing a complete plan that you implement yourself.

It starts with our EHL information system, available as free fact cards at participating stores. When you visit, you can help yourself to as many cards as you need to build your personalized information system.

Next, we encourage you to also work with an EHL Coach who can help you develop your customized health plan. Your coach can recommend products and programs to balance the diet, exercise, stress reduction, and lifestyle components of your EHL plan. EHL Coaches are available by appointment at participating pharmacies.
